Hi everyone, I know I've been bad at posting! Sorry, I'll be better! So training this summer was a disaster! A lot of family issues got to me and I had to put it on the shelf! It's funny, Triathlon gets in your blood and it doesn't leave! When I am not training for a triathlon, I start telling myself "ya, maybe I will stop doing triathlons, I'm getting too old for this crap", then I will see where a friend finished an Ironman or 1/2 Ironman or some other great feat and it just lights a fire inside of me. So I hope you will follow along with my journey the next 9 months while I prepare for a 2.4 Mile Swim, a 112 Mile Bike then a 26.2 Mile Marathon in the beautiful Coeur d' Alene, Idaho!
