Good morning all it's a beautiful rainy day in sunny Southern California. We really really need to rain here so I'm not complaining about it at all, you just have to adapt to it!
Up at 4 AM to have coffee
In CrossFit by 5 AM
Now a 3 mile run
In the office by 8 AM to turn the power on!
