Meet Ironjim

Jim Von Hipple: Hi and thank you for checking out my blog. My purpose is to share my daily diet, training and preparation for Ironman! For those that do not know me, I was a competitive triathlete for many years and was fortunate enough to be able to compete in several Ironmans. The last 10 years, since having kids, I have struggled with injuries and weight issues and it got more difficult for me to complete them. I honestly, have the body make up more of a bodybuilder (which I did for many years) than I do for a triathlete but I fell in love with the sport over 20 years ago. This blog will keep you informed and hopefully motivated to make a change yourself.
